Selection of a consulting company to implement the assignment of Trainings for IBM Innovative Solutions and Technologies Center
Foreign Financing Projects Management Center (FFPMC) of the Ministry of Finance of Republic of Armenia announces a tender for a consulting company (the Consultant) to implement the assignment of Organization of Training Programs for the Innovative Solutions and Technologies Center (ISTC) in the scope of World Bank’s “E-Society and Innovation for Competitiveness (EIC) Project”.
The objective of this assignment is to assist the ISTC staff in implementation of trainings programs in the scope of the activities of the Center.
Within the scope of the assignment, the Consultant will provide assistance in the following directions:
- Preparation of Annual Training Plan for ISTC based on identified priorities
- Quarterly monitoring of Annual Training Plan to include revisions if necessary
- Design and implementation of promotional activities, preparation and placement of announcements, collection of applications and formation of groups of training participants
- Identification of trainers’ pool, selection and contracting of trainers to condict training programs at ISTC
- Customization of trainings curricula, learning materials and students’ evaluation models in cooperation with selected trainers
- Identification of trainings’ venue, on-going coordination and monitoring of the entire process training implementation
- Design of trainings evaluation framework, including participants’ feedback forms, analysis of data collected and development of respective recommendations on improvements/changes required
- Design and maintenance of training participants’ database
- Maintain effective communication with the project key stakeholders and partners
- Actively cooperate with other educational initiatives
- Implementation of courses totaling 2000 hours in the areas covering Basic programming and IBM courses.
It is envisaged to start the assignment in May, 2015, to be implemented in 12 months.
The consultant is expected to meet the following qualification requirements:
- Legally registered company
- At least 3 years of experience in design and delivery of training courses, content creation and evaluating training effectiveness (preferably for ICT field)
- Institutional and human capacities for organizing trainings.
