EIF Reopens Impact Acceleration Program for a Second Round of Applications in Partnership with C-Quadrat Ampega Social Fund and RECONOMY

 

Enterprise Incubator Foundation (EIF) announces a second round of applications to its Impact Acceleration Program, designed to identify, accelerate, and invest in early-stage tech startups creating measurable social and environmental impact.  The program is implemented in partnership with C-Quadrat Ampega Asset Management Armenia (CQAA) Social Fund, with the support of the RECONOMY program funded by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida) and implemented by Helvetas Swiss Intercooperation.

The Enterprise Incubator Foundation (EIF) announces a call for mural concepts for the staircase walls of the High-Tech Accelerator at Engineering City. The purpose of this call is to create a contemporary, unique, and inspiring work of art that will enrich the Engineering City environment and become an important part of the identity of the high-tech community by bringing together art, technology, and creativity within a single space.

‘Hackathon [YAN] Childhood 2015’ contest to emphasize the topic of social inclusion 



Special category has been added to the traditional categories of ‘Hackathon [YAN] Childhood 2015’ contest. The main supporters of the contest - Enterprise Incubator Foundation and World Bank have аssigned a special prize of 400,000 AMD (without taxes) to the best team, which will develop innovative solutions in social inclusion at any area, from improvement of healthcare sector to the decrease of emissions or new job creation. 


The contest organizers have received an enormous number of applications this year. 70 teams with more than 250 participants from Yerevan, Gyumri, Vanadzor and other cities of Armenia have applied for the contest.


‘Hackathon [YAN] Childhood 2015’ contest is organized by Microsoft Innovation Center Armenia, Enterprise Incubator Foundation, Microsoft RA, Public Journalism Club, Vanadzor Technology Center with the assistance of World Bank, RA Ministry of Economy, Armentel CJSC (Beeline trademark), Knight-Mozilla OpenNews, Vanadzor Schools N17 and 5  and ggTaxi.
