We're excited to launch the global call for the Science Incubation Program 2024, implemented by the Enterprise Incubator Foundation (EIF) with support of the PMI Science R&D Center Armenia. The program aims to support research groups, companies, and institutions worldwide in developing disruptive ideas and highly applied research. It fosters collaborations between industry and academia, facilitating the commercialization of science and research output valorization.

ANNOUNCEMENT


Enterprise Incubator Foundation (EIF) and its Black Box Hub initiative implemented by Gyumri Technology Center (GTC) and powered by Artbox, Funded by the European Union in Armenia in the framework of the Katapult Creative Accelerator Program is seeking proposals from qualified social media marketing service providers to enhance their online presence and engagement. The objective is to leverage social media platforms effectively for promoting events, increasing brand visibility, and fostering community engagement.

 

 

Objectives:

The primary objectives of this engagement include:

  • Brand Promotion: Increase brand awareness for both GTC and the Cultural Hub through strategic social media campaigns.
  • Event Promotion: Promote events, workshops, and activities hosted by GTC and the Cultural Hub to maximize attendance and engagement.
  • Community Engagement: Foster a vibrant online community by encouraging interactions, discussions, and user-generated content.
  • Data Analysis: Provide insights through analytics to measure the effectiveness of social media strategies and guide future efforts.

 

Scope of Work:

The social media marketing services should encompass the following:

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the objectives of GTC and the Cultural Hub.
  • Content Creation: Generate engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms, including text, images, and videos.
  • Platform Management: Manage and regularly update content on major social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Community Building: Actively engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and fostering a positive online environment.
  • Ad Campaigns: Design and execute targeted social media advertising campaigns to reach specific audiences and promote events.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Provide regular reports on social media performance, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

 

Proposal Submission Requirements:

Interested parties are required to submit comprehensive proposals including:

  • Company Profile: Background, expertise, and experience in social media marketing services.
  • Social Media Campaign Examples: Showcase previous successful social media campaigns relevant to cultural organizations or technology centers.
  • Technical Approach: Detailed methodology and approach to fulfilling the project objectives.
  • Timeline: A realistic timeline for implementing the social media marketing strategy.
  • Monthly Budget: A detailed breakdown of the estimated costs, including campaign creation, management, and reporting.
  • References: Contact information for at least three references from previous clients for whom similar services have been provided.

 

Evaluation Criteria:

Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

  • Relevance of Experience: Demonstrated experience in social media marketing, particularly for cultural organizations or technology centers.
  • Technical Competence: Expertise in utilizing various social media platforms effectively.
  • Creativity: Innovation and creativity demonstrated in past campaigns.
  • Budget Considerations: Reasonableness and transparency of the proposed budget.
  • Timeliness: Realistic timelines for project completion.
