Scientific Project Assistant


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Scientific Project Assistant at EIF Science Incubator. In this role, you will provide essential support in the planning, coordination, and execution of scientific research projects. Your strong analytical thinking, background in natural science, excellent social and communication skills, and proficiency in English will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and success of these projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the scientific project manager to assist in coordinating and managing research projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and objectives.

  • Utilize analytical thinking to conduct data analysis and interpretation, supporting project goals and providing valuable insights.

  • Collaborate with project teams to implement project plans, track progress, and ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members.

  • Support the preparation and delivery of progress reports, presentations, and scientific documentation, contributing to the effective communication of project findings and outcomes.

  • Assist in organizing and documenting research findings, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the completeness of scientific data.

  • Contribute to the development of research proposals, grant applications, and scientific publications by providing valuable input and assistance.

  • Stay updated with advancements in the natural sciences by proactively seeking and sharing relevant information with the project team.

  • Assist in the organization of scientific meetings, workshops, and events, including logistical coordination and support.

  • Provide administrative support to the Scientific Project Manager, such as scheduling meetings, managing project documentation, coordinating logistics, and ensuring effective English communication.



  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a natural science field (e.g., biology, chemistry, physics, environmental science, etc.).

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze scientific data and contribute to project objectives.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.

  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

  • Organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in project documentation and data management.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing workloads effectively.

  • Proficiency in office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
