EIF Reopens Impact Acceleration Program for a Second Round of Applications in Partnership with C-Quadrat Ampega Social Fund and RECONOMY

 

Enterprise Incubator Foundation (EIF) announces a second round of applications to its Impact Acceleration Program, designed to identify, accelerate, and invest in early-stage tech startups creating measurable social and environmental impact.  The program is implemented in partnership with C-Quadrat Ampega Asset Management Armenia (CQAA) Social Fund, with the support of the RECONOMY program funded by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida) and implemented by Helvetas Swiss Intercooperation.
MoU on Entrepreneurship Center Network Establishment

Global Alliance of Information and Communication Technologies (GAID) and Enterprise Incubator Foundation (EIF) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) aimed at promoting regional entrepreneurship activities in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) area. 


Under this framework it is proposed to establish Entrepreneurship Center Network for ICT deployment, thus supporting entrepreneurs from ICT field to identify the opportunities of regional and international markets, use their company and country specific resources to develop their existing businesses and/or to implement new business ideas arising from the identified opportunities or trends through the technology trainings, regular  conferences and meetings, debates and discussions with technology leaders and policy makers, interactions with the companies that have success stories in the ICT field with economies similar to Armenia, circulations of ICT field up-to-date information, publications, analysis, data, interviews and developments in the legal and regulatory environment coordinating the ICT in the country.


From the long term prospective, the outcome of the successful implementation of the project would be the high contribution to the achievement of such broad government’s goal as e-society formation.
