EIF Reopens Impact Acceleration Program for a Second Round of Applications in Partnership with C-Quadrat Ampega Social Fund and RECONOMY

Enterprise Incubator Foundation (EIF) announces a second round of applications to its Impact Acceleration Program, designed to identify, accelerate, and invest in early-stage tech startups creating measurable social and environmental impact. The program is implemented in partnership with C-Quadrat Ampega Asset Management Armenia (CQAA) Social Fund, with the support of the RECONOMY program funded by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida) and implemented by Helvetas Swiss Intercooperation.

Engineering City High-Tech Accelerator Staircase

The Enterprise Incubator Foundation (EIF) announces a call for mural concepts for the staircase walls of the High-Tech Accelerator at Engineering City. The purpose of this call is to create a contemporary, unique, and inspiring work of art that will enrich the Engineering City environment and become an important part of the identity of the high-tech community by bringing together art, technology, and creativity within a single space.

Computer for All Launch Event

"Computer for All" Launch Event will be held at 11:00 on December 8, 2010, at Erebuni Plaza Hotel, "Erebuni" Hall.

During the event the results of the pilot stage of "Computer for All" project will be summarized and the main stage of the Project will be launched.

The main aim of the Project is to increase population’s computer usage.

The Project aims to:

stimulate the expantion of computers in Armenia by giving an opportunity for rural residents to buy affordable and quality computers,
promote Armenian ICT market by stimulating the development of the local hardware and software industries,
stimulate Internet expantion increasing number of people using online services and creating a basis for the introduction of new electronic services by the Government, businesses, educational institutions.
