Enterprise Incubator Foundation (EIF) announces the launch of its Impact Acceleration Program designed to identify, accelerate, and invest in early-stage tech startups creating measurable social and environmental impact.  The program is implemented in partnership with C-Quadrat Ampega Asset Management Armenia (CQAA) Social Fund, with the support of the RECONOMY program funded by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida) and implemented by Helvetas Swiss Intercooperation.

We are pleased to announce an internship opportunity for motivated students and young specialists to join our newly established Neurotechnology Laboratory.

This two-month internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to contemporary neurotechnology methods, tools, and research practices, offering a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of neuroscience, engineering, and data science.

Thе internship program is implemented by the Science Incubator of the Enterprise Incubator Foundation (EIF) at the newly established Neurotechnology Laboratory within the High-Tech Accelerator in Engineering City.
Business Development Manager


Vacancy: Business Development Manager


Enterprise Incubator Foundation (EIF), one of the leading technology and innovation development institutions in Armenia, is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to support the expansion and implementation of strategic initiatives across the high-tech, education, and science ecosystems.


Key Responsibilities

  • Implementation of ongoing programs: Support effective execution of EIF’s ongoing projects in the fields of high-tech, education, research, and innovation.
  • Project design & development: Identify new opportunities and contribute to the design of large-scale initiatives aligned with EIF’s long-term strategy and national innovation priorities.
  • Partnership building: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with local and international stakeholders, including government agencies, universities, private sector companies, and international organizations.
  • Representation & communication: Represent EIF at meetings, working groups, conferences, and public events; prepare and deliver presentations, briefs, and project proposals.
  • Research & analysis: Conduct market, policy, and ecosystem research to support data-driven decision-making and project formulation.
  • Reporting & documentation: Prepare progress reports, concept notes, and relevant documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, innovation management, or project management.
  • Proven ability to conceptualize, develop, and manage projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluency in Armenian and English; knowledge of Russian or other languages is an advantage.
  • High proficiency in using AI tools for research, analysis, writing, visualization, and workflow optimization.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Experience working with international organizations, donors, or public-private partnerships is a plus.
