SCIENCE INCUBATION PROGRAM 2024 /Clobal call/

 

We're excited to launch the global call for the Science Incubation Program 2024, implemented by the Enterprise Incubator Foundation (EIF) with support of the PMI Science R&D Center Armenia. The program aims to support research groups, companies, and institutions worldwide in developing disruptive ideas and highly applied research. It fosters collaborations between industry and academia, facilitating the commercialization of science and research output valorization.

Enterprise Incubator Foundation (EIF) is looking for talented in-house artists for its Black Box Hub initiative implemented by Gyumri Technology Center (GTC) and powered by Artbox, Funded by the European Union in Armenia in the framework of the Katapult Creative Accelerator Program. This unique opportunity aims to bring aboard creative minds who will play a key role in shaping our special community.

The results of the Deal Generation Matching Grants Competition have been summarized

 

On February 13-14, summarizing of the first stage of the Matching Grants Competition was held at Ararat Hall of Armenia Marriott Hotel. 31 companies and teams of technological sector from Yerevan, Gyumri and Vanadzor presented their investment projects to the assessment commission.
The competition has been held on the 2nd time in Armenia in the framework of E-Society and Innovation for Competitiveness (EIC) Project by Ministry of Economy, Enterprise Incubator Foundation and World Bank. 


To promote entrepreneurship in Armenia's regions the competition was supplemented by Gyumri Matching Grants and Vanadzor Matching Grants component in 2015.


The Matching Grants Competition includes 3 Grants Innovation Matching Grants (50% co-financing), Gyumri Matching Grants and Vanadzor Matching Grants (85% co-financing). Minimum amount of grant per initiative is 10.000 USD, maximum amount - 50.000 USD. Maximum duration of presented project is 1 year.


Competition is intended to support companies and teams operating in ICT and high technologies sectors to develop new products and services, as well as to inset ICT and high technologies to improve and / or develop different processes.


The winners were announced on February 14. The award ceremony took place on the same day.

Matching Grants for Yerevan

  • SoloLearn,  Davit Kocharyan 
  • Skycryptor, Aram Jivanyan

Matching Grants for Gyumri

  • Establishment of animation company in Gyumri , Gurgen Paronyan
  • LoginEye, Hovhannes Sargsyan

 Matching Grants for Vanadzor

  • Design and production of electronic corrector, Arkadi Khitarov
  • Anti –corrosion automated station, Samvel Osyan
