EIF provide state-of-the-art facilities, support services and communications infrastructure to technology companies and start-ups. Our central facilities are located at the Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) State University premises on 123 Hovsep Emin Street, near Komitas Avenue and 15-minutes drive from the Republic Squire. 

The facilities occupy 4 floors on the right wing of the building with a total space of about 2,000 square meters, where around 900 sq. m. is rented out to technology companies. Offices range from 13m2to 37m2 and are available both furnished and unfurnished.

The remaining space is used for the resource center and meeting room, EIF office, and other purposes. Options included in the base package are high-quality office space, shared meeting and conference rooms, shared resource center with access to literature and other information resources, high-speed Internet connection, reception and security services, cleaning and utilities, restaurant, parking, and 24/7 access to the building. 

Our facility services base package consists of the following services included in the rent: 

• Lease of space of various sizes

• Shared meeting and conference rooms with projection equipment and furnishing
• Shared printer, fax, and copier services
• Local area network and high-speed Internet connection
• Receptionist and security
• Restaurant
• 24/7 access to the building

Apart from the base facility services, our tenant companies are offered a range of extra services paid separately.
