SCIENCE INCUBATION PROGRAM 2024 /Clobal call/

 

We're excited to launch the global call for the Science Incubation Program 2024, implemented by the Enterprise Incubator Foundation (EIF) with support of the PMI Science R&D Center Armenia. The program aims to support research groups, companies, and institutions worldwide in developing disruptive ideas and highly applied research. It fosters collaborations between industry and academia, facilitating the commercialization of science and research output valorization.

Enterprise Incubator Foundation (EIF) is looking for talented in-house artists for its Black Box Hub initiative implemented by Gyumri Technology Center (GTC) and powered by Artbox, Funded by the European Union in Armenia in the framework of the Katapult Creative Accelerator Program. University Students Will Hold Classes in Mechanics, Electronics and Telecommunication  At Gyumri Technological Center


In the new academic year the Gyumri Technological Center has initiated a partnership with Higher Education Institutions. Starting with September 8 the Techno Park’s Engineering Lab will host classes in mechanics, electronics and telecommunication for the students of Armenian State Engineering University (ASEU) and its Gyumri and Vanadzor branches as well as the Shirak Regional State College in accordance with their timetable.  

 

Due to this collaboration the scientific application of the resources in Gyumri Techno Park’s laboratories will allow the students to have hands on experiments in a practical environment, combine academic knowledge with practical skills, work in teams.

 

It should also be noted that in the framework of the partnership between the Gyumri Technological Park and Universities, ten professors of ASEU Gyumri branch are undergoing three months training in LabView programming at the Mechanics and Electronics laboratories. The training seeks to train the professors in the use of lab equipment in LabView environment.

 

The Gyumri Technological Park is a joint project implemented by the Enterprise Incubator Foundation (EIF), the RA Government and the World Bank. The goals of the Center include development of technical and business skills, promotion of technological entrepreneurship, commercialization of innovative research undertakings, creation of new jobs and others.

 

The Gyumri Technological Park has the following laboratories: Multimedia (Photoshop, CoralDraw, 3d max, Auto CAD, AE, Rhino, Basics of Art, games and other), Engineering (Mechanics, Electronics and Telecommunication),Clean technologies (Clean Technologies, Entrepreneurship, Innovation) and mobile technologies  (Android and IOS programming, games, animation).
